BSC’s Betsy Sheppard facilitated the IBS educational session featuring Jim Chapman of Jim Chapman Communities, Andy White of Lifestone Communities and Saluda River Club and Rick Duke, an Atlanta based consultant.
The International Builders Show was terrific! The networking and educational segments were outstanding. BSC is looking forward to continuing to rebuild the housing industry in 2010 and beyond. Thank you again to Andy White, Jim Chapman and Rick Duke for joining Betsy for the presentation: “Beyond the Boomer Hype!”
Betsy will serve on the Green Building Council of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders’ Association in 2010. The council provides a forum for professionals in the industry to promote green home standards and best practices, to network with others in the industry and to take a proactive role as leaders in the green housing industry. BSC has worked with the HBA to brand this new council with its logo and web presence on the HBA’s website.
BSC is proud to announce that Betsy has been elected the 2010 Chairman of the Board for the Atlanta 50+ Housing Council. Betsy is looking forward to being sworn in along with other HBA board chairs and board members by Senator Johhny Iaskson.
Betsy is preparing for a panel presentation for the International Builders Show in Las Vegas later in January. Betsy will be facilitating an educational session featuring Jim Chapman of Jim Chapman Communities, Andy White of Lifestone Communities and Saluda River Club and Rick Duke, an Atlanta based consultant. This should be a great presentation with rich content and excellent information about Boomer home buyers.
