The National Health Information Awards honor the Nation’s Best Consumer Health Programs and Materials. The Web Health Awards were established to recognize websites for outstanding format and accessibility to information for a specific audience.
This was our first time to enter the Web Health Awards. We are honored to have received the recognition for our team’s work on the Still Hopes website. (Kerrie Gilbert, Gilbert & Sheppard Group)
We’re very proud of our website and appreciate the on-going attention to detail from Gilbert & Sheppard Group to keep the site fresh and relevant; not only for our potential residents, but also for our existing residents and staff. (Jon Keith, www.StillHopes.org)
Now in its 12th year, The Web Health Awards judging criteria includes: relevance and timeliness of content; overall site layout and ease of navigation; use of visuals and graphics relevant to target audience; accuracy and appropriateness of information for intended audience; ease of use for sending comments or requesting information from the website; overall interactivity of the site and more.
