The New Year is off and running with new opportunities and a renewed spirit of helping others.
All of us at Gilbert & Sheppard Group are proud of Betsy’s continued outreach in the community and her recent selection to The Board of Trustees for The Thanks Mom and Dad Fund.
The Thanks Mom & Dad Fund was created to honor parents, grandparents and other mentors who came before us and to support aging programs and services. The Fund was created in 2001 by the Atlanta Regional Commission in cooperation with the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta. The Fund works to improve the quality of life for older adults and honor the contributions older generations made to our lives and communities. Through its grants, the fund seeks to encourage innovation and increase services for older adults in Georgia.
