At the 2015 NAHB International Builders Show in Las Vegas, Gilbert & Sheppard Group, the creative marketing and business consulting firm that specializes in providing thoughtful and results-based solutions for its clients, received top recognition for work done on behalf of Olde Town Grayson, the active adult community near Atlanta, currently starting its third phase.
The NAHB 55+ Housing Council presented co-owners Betsy Sheppard, president, and Kerrie Gilbert, creative director of Gilbert & Sheppard Group with the Gold Award for Best Full Page Color Ad.
The winning ad was created as part of Olde Town Grayson’s “Pour on the Porch” campaign, highlighting the community’s special offer that was designed to attract new home buyers.
“What a thrill to be recognized on a national level for our work on behalf of this well-planned, vibrant 55+ community,” notes Sheppard.
“We aim to highlight the products and communities of all our clients in fresh and engaging ways. Our objective is to generate interest and ultimately, traffic and sales!”
Sheppard was just named a member of the National 55+ Housing Council’s Board of Trustees, and serves on the Council’s Editorial Advisory Committee and the Awards Committee. She has previously served on the Atlanta 55+ Housing Council Board of Directors and is currently a member of the Atlanta 55+ Housing Council.
